Trip requests are not bookings

Sending a request through this site does not reserve a trip or charge you anything. A trip is booked only when the captain confirms it with you. Prices and availability shown on the site can change until then.

Trips, safety and weather

Trips are run by Lantern Point Charters under U.S. Coast Guard rules. The captain decides whether it is safe to go out and may cancel or shorten a trip for weather or safety. Cancellation, weather and refund terms are the ones the captain gives you when you book.

The chat assistant

The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not the captain. It answers from information the captain has published and can make mistakes. It cannot book trips or promise availability; confirm anything important with the captain directly.

Content

Photos, text and fishing reports on this site belong to Lantern Point Charters or are used with permission. Fishing reports describe past conditions and are not a promise of future results.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, neither Lantern Point Charters nor DockBoost is liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
